SUITABLE TOW VEHICLES
The Tail Feather Camper can be towed by many small and medium sized four cylinder cars. When determining whether your vehicle is suitable for towing, check the vehicles handbook, as many manufacturers have specific conditions for their vehicles when used for towing. Failure to comply with these conditions may void that vehicle’s warranty, cause mechanical damage or worse, result in a vehicle
accident with possible loss-of-insurance implications.
The vehicle manufacturer's handbook will list the gross vehicle mass (GVM) of an unbraked, and braked trailer, as well as a ball, or tongue weight that the vehicle can legally tow.
